Hello! My name is Sommer. I am creating this blog as a final portfolio for my Travel Writing Class at the Reynolds School of Jounralism at UNR. I went into this blog thinking I was only doing this to get a grade but as I started creating the page I found myself getting more and more into it as everything became easier and easier. I don’t know if it was the writing material I was displaying for everyone to read (which included a few memories and great times with loved ones) or just the fact that I was enjoying a school project. I have realized I think I want to keep this up. Though my overall goal continues to focus on getting a good grade on my final project, this website may stay up longer.
